Shoes look great!

Can we get a breakdown of all the styles and lasts? A sizing chart comparing against major brands like Carmina, C&J etc would also be helpful :)

Cavour Shoe Last Guide

Goodyear Welted Shoes

Almond 1
Our almond shaped round toe last, most commonly used for our cap toe oxford shoes. With a medium instep, it fits standard width feet.
(Similar to Edward Green 82)

Almond 2
The loafer equivalant of the last above, almond shaped round toe last, most commonly used for our penny and tassel loafers. With a medium instep, it fits standard width feet.
(Similar to Crockett & Jones 325)

Soft Chisel
Our Soft Chisel last is our most popular one, for Oxfords, Double Monks and Chelsea Boots. The soft squared toe, and careful chisel gives this last more forward lines, without being too agressive. This last has a generous instep, and is slightly roomier overall compared to our Almond 1 and 2 lasts.
(Similar to Carmina Rain)

Country
Our roundest and most roomy last, used mainly for ‘country’ styles such as boots and brogues. The generous width and instep makes this last suitable for styles designed for fall and winter, where one might use a thicker pair of socks
(Similar to Crockett & Jones 365)

Hand Welted Shoes

S-Last
Our ‘sharpest’ toe last, the S-Last is a chiseled square toe, with a medium instep, superior arch support and firm heel grip. We most commonly use this last for formal oxfords, or for split toe derbies.

K-Last
The K-Last features a soft round almond shaped toe, with a medium instep, superior arch support and firm heel grip. Similar to the S-Last in every aspect apart from the shape of the toe. We most commonly use this last for smart oxfords and penny and tassel loafers.

R-Last
The R-Last is a further development on our K-Last, with the heel, waist and arch being the same, the main difference is slightly more space in the front of the foot, and a rounder shape of the toe. We have used this for split toe derbies and conservative oxfords.

Shoes look great!

Any double breasted suits still expected this season? Got a wool seersucker one and it's really spot on, didn't imagine a RTW DB could fit so well.
