So for someone like who never plans to tow anything, a BoF is kind of useless other than the BoF SUV's look cooler.towing capacity

What's the point of manufacturers still doing BoF instead of unibody? Costs?
MA opened an Ineos dealer late last year. I keep meaning to take a look. Grenadier is peak cos-play/LARP material. If that Grenadier had ~20-25+mpg rather than 15, I’d be in.
I feel like hybrid is a great interim option while the world establishes a good electric infrastructure. I had a hybrid RAV4 in Norway last year and I filled the gas tank once the entire week.My leasing contract recently ended and I had to choose a new car. I tried many different electric cars, MB, BMW, Tesla etc, but somehow they just lacked something. Charging infra is decent where I live, but it can sometimes be an issue too when traveling to more remote locations.
I finally bought a slightly used X5 hybrid, it's big enough for my teenage kids and the hybrid drivetrain with the three liter straight six is nice. Next car will be something smaller, as kids will eventually move out.
