Can we start a fund to purchase Style Forum new servers?

I have been having a lot of trouble getting on the site the last week or two. When it loads, it loads very slowly, but mostly not at all. Anyone else having issues? If so, I think we should start a pool to upgrade the hardware.

IIRC, j said in the TransMod thread that it's configuration problem, not hardware problem. So, moving to a new server would not be a good idea. Though, I am down for any donations should SF ever need some funding.

I think SF is always open to donations.

For example, the $300 fine for SF B&S misdeeds seems to buy quite a nice dinner for the mods.

Yeah - it is. After lunch, it becomes really inaccessible.
