When you say sole repair, do you mean a resole?
I've not used either personally, but have you had a look at Ed Et Al, or Mason & Smith? I believe those are the only two that do GYW resoles here (EEA locally, Mason ships it out to Japan at significantly higher prices). Asking the people on Hardwarezone might be another option.

I'm not located in Singapore but have purchased many pairs of shoes/boots from Ed Et Al and can vouch for their quality. I believe they do their bespoke / MTO shoes inhouse by their founder Edwin and also their other shoemaker (this is based on their IG) and the resoles they've done look outstanding.
