EL72, Robert Talbott sells a chocolate brown suede belt. I bought one from STP several years ago.

I'm currently searching for a "honey-brown" suede belt (something in the tan range) to coordinate with Mantellassi loafers and chukka boots. I'll soon post in the B&S Forum, since I've come up empty in stores and online.

Yeah...one of my searches too, although I think I'm OK now for suede in this color range. Here's a nice-looking Robert Talbott belt that might be close (the "nutmeg" shade):

and here's another Robert Talbott (the "cognac" would probably be closest):

These Robert Talbott belts look very nice (I don't have either, but I do have another Robert Talbott in somewhat the same color on its way from Ed Morel), although they're not exactly inexpensive.

C&J make a "tobacco suede" as seen in the Ben Silver website:

You could also get it from P Lal for less, although this might not be precisely the shade you're looking for.

Here's one I just thought of at Bromleys--this would be about 1 3/16" wide:

Here's a beauty from Lance at Virtual Clothes Horse, that I wish I could wear, but at 31", it's 3" too short. But hey, you are Thinman, so maybe...

Allen-Edmonds make a few suede belts in their "cashmere" suede color that might be close to what you want as well. Mezlan also make some suede belts; so check them out.

Take my word for it, although not really easy to find, what you're looking for is out there. Patience will be rewarded!

+1.
I recently thought about it, because I just bought myself my first pair of suede shoes, and although I had a calf belt in a similar colour and shade, I did not like the way it looked. So I looked around and I found a suede belt in a slightly different shade of brown for EUR 60 at Sebago (a Spanish brand, I believe).

I have four pairs of brown suede shoes, of different shades, all with matching belts. More often than not I'll eschew the matching belt for one of a different shade, depending on the color of the suit/ trousers being worn. For example, chocolate brown shoes, tan trousers, light brown suede belt; but, if I'm wearing a charcoal flannel suit, I'll match the belt with the shoes. That's the method to my madness.

To me, matching a suede belt with suede shoes of the exact same color would be just like wearing a tie and pocket square that match exactly.

Well, I think you have said just about the the worst thing that one could say of a sartorial choice. But, do you really think that it merits such a comment?

I wear a dark brown suede belt with my dark or lighter brown suede shoes. A perfect pairing of lighter browns is too matchy to me, in a way that a dark brown (or black) pairing isn't.
