December has always been my slowest month. I’m sure it has to do with selling mostly pre-owned stuff. Like clockwork, business picks up into Hanuary and makes it one of my better months; often the best month of the year.

Autocorrect pisses me off. It’s constantly trying to correct names, but can’t figure out that I meant to type January.

I think it's the manually entered capital letter that overrides it into thinking its a name. If I type Hanuary it sticks, but if I type hanuary or january it autocorrects to January.

Does anyone have any data on how sales are affected by allowing returns? Also, whether sales increase with eBay's "promoted listings"? I'm guessing promoted listings are not worth it, but curious if anyone knows for sure.

I had listed it as a 44 but wasn't sure. Strange part is that it measures closer to a 44 than a 40

I changed banks earlier this year but unfortunately neglected to change my bank details on my eBay account. Since then, I have made a number of sales on eBay and the payments are showing on my account as having transferred to my (closed) bank account and there are no bouncebacks of funds showing on eBay (which is what would normally happen if the bank details were defunct or incorrect).eBay insist that the payments have been made to the bank successfully and referred me to my bank. My bank insist that no payments could have been made to that account as it is closed and that there are no records of any declines/disputes associated with the closed account. They have referred me to eBay.

So I am now caught in the middle with no way to resolve the issue as neither party accepts responsibility. Does anyone have any advice please?

I know it is my error for not updating my details but the bounceback process should still have worked and this kind of 'no accountability' problem for a disappeared transaction could have occurred even if the bank account was open.
