Just got this photo (of a corner of a handbag) back in from my photographer and not quite sure what to think about it...

20 x 16 x 12 box, 25 lbs, $2400 value, 26 items. Needs to go from the US to Vietnam.

Buyer is concerned with pilferage by Vietnamese Customs. What is the recommended way to ship this?

I'd probably try to break up the package into smaller ones that are more likely to go under the radar. I'd also try to use a courier like UPS, with itemized packing slips to clearly show how many items, description, and value so that something can't go missing without being noticed along the way.

USPS Express, insured with that ebay ship protect insurance, or Fedex by double the cost, but absolutely nothing else.

Am I getting the run-around from ebay? I called in about a return not being sent, and was told that with the Covid issues, that they're giving customers additional time to mail returns and that the 30 day time frame isn't being adhered to...is this the case for anyone else? 30 days to make it to the post office is not enough time now?

eBay COVID policy is supposed to be this:

"You’ll now have 21 business days from when a return is accepted or a return shipping label is provided to you to send your item back. "

But eBay just pulls policy from their ass most days, so who knows.

Buyer opened a NAD return request claiming this hoodie is faded. Listing and pictures clearly state fading/intentional distressing. I've even found a similar hoodie on google that was sold on Ralph Lauren's website that is pre-faded like this. What's my course of action here? I'll take the return but I don't want it to affect my seller rating or be forced into paying this buyer's return shipping just because he chose not to read the listing description. Anyone have any experience with this?
