Wow, that robe could go for a lot to the right person. With no comps, start high, maybe $250 and bring it down every week until it sells, if you have the patience for that. I think reverse auctions on ebay would be cool, maybe there's a tool you can set up to auto-revise down a certain amount a day/week.

I watch a lot of things just as a reminder to find that item in a different size or to see what it sold for.

Yep. I'm the non-bidding watcher on a lot of things for similar reasons.

asterisk for non bidding watchers would be nice, just kidding. On the other hand I have had watchers accrue and as soon as it gets to 10 or better somebody always pulls the trigger on BIN, of course Ymmv

Hey everybody,

How do they calculate duties for items sent from Europe? I know the first 800 is exempt, but what about for items above that? For say something that's $2k?

I'm also looking for buttons, specifically Brooks Brothers sheep logo Waterbury brass buttons (I have a double-breasted that I bought with no buttons). I already have a set I'm going to harvest from an old single-breasted jacket but I need 2 more of the big buttons. Would appreciate if any of you could hook me up!

Depends how we decals value, We can lower to 800 and ship two days, no time for custom to look through.
If above 800, Fedex / UPS will collect tax, duties and brokerage fee from you.

This has probably been covered, but does anyone have advice on dealing with claims of inauthenticity? Seems my buyer thinks these are fake.
