Your points are anything but clear. All you said was that the sole was OK. You make a few other vague comments saying the OP should buy the shoes with no actual reasons why, and you ignored all the posts that had valid reasons for not buying them.

right, i have MoL blocked. if you think his advice is helpful? kudos, more power to you.

actually, you are wasting my time, but today i feel generous and i give you a private lesson in my approach to shoes and how to handle things around this topic. jfyi, you're blocked right after i finished my response.

the sole is more than ok and you can see that it's been walked evenly. the owner had a good maintenance regime and you can assume that the inside is in good condition. the upper speaks for itself.

understood that i have brought a few thrift finds back to life and with a current rotation of custom made shoes in the higher two digits numbers, i have a word on shoes, period. i admit that i picked the thrifted ones in person, anyway.

normally it takes a few nicks and nacks to make them work. tbh, maybe the OP is not in possession of this knowledge but every decent cobbler is.

OP's knowledge on shoes is limited. this is a fact. so he will not know if another pair will fit or not. he knows jack about different lasts and bits or pieces on shoes, at least thats what i gathered from his initial post. nobody than me answered his question on sole evaluation, right??? so why do you mess around with me, jester? i hope you have an answer for yourself, i'm definitely not interested in yours. got it?

thanks for listening.
