This is a Brooks Brothers lightweight 100% wool navy blue blazer, from the Regent line (more modern than the standard). Has three patch pockets, double rear vents, and is quarter-lined. Three-button front with classy silver pewter buttons. I am the original owner of the blazer, which I purchased new from Brooks Brothers. This is not a thrift store find. The jacket is in very good condition overall, the only flaw would be that the inside lining is coming a bit loose at the bottom of the jacket, but it's minor and can be ignored if you don't feel like fixing it.
Tagged a size 39R, this would also fit a trim 40R. Measurements as follows:
Chest: 41.5"
Length: 31.75" from top of collar
Sleeves: 24.5"
Shoulders: 18.25"
