Ok so this is pretty hard to put out there but I'm hoping for some honest and reasonably mature advice. I'm about 5.6 feet with a 29-30 waist and was about 125-130 lbs but recently I've gained about 10 lbs and it looks like most of it's gone to my waist and butt. Maybe I always had these proportions so I don't know if the weight has just added to something I've always had. Maybe it's bad posture?
I'm pretty self-conscious about it and constantly feel like people will notice it. in some cases I have trouble finding slimmer jeans because they ride up, or my shirts sort of 'sit' on my behind...
My questions:
1. Am I over-reacting here and this isn't something anyone besides me notices?
there are lots of confident overweight people.
2. if I should be worried, what do you suggest I do about it? is it about selective clothes or working out with an emphasis on that area, etc.
