Why is Malcolm not wearing a blue tie? Is he some sort of sartorial subversive?

4 Corners tonight on the coup. Beer in fridge, popcorn ready to go.

Hi gents, it's time for me to retire my wallet after 6 years of continuous service. It's a very slim 11cm x 7 cm with 6 cards slot , 2 side slips and 2 bill section. Looking for something similar size wise but a bit special. Wife even approved! Looked at ettinger - but sizing is way off. Any suggestions?

Got one in June before I went to the UK. Designed to prevent data theft. Has turned out to be my No 1 choice, even though I had no intention of using it when I returned from OS. Makes you realise how little you need nowadays. No good if you want to carry 3 credit cards, 1 debit card, Medicare, Medibank Private, Cabcharge, loyalty cards, and a big wad of cash. Good if you want to go minimalist and carry 4-5 cards and a few grey nurses, and surprisely unobtrusive in the pocket and aesthetically pleasing.

I posted a few thoughts on potential wallets a little while back:

Of course, there's always other UK brands such as Robertson Jessel, Aspinal and no doubt others, in addition to Ettinger but with the painfully low Australian dollar, it may well be cheaper to purchase locally.

I am still kicking myself for not buying that ray card case from Japan 3 years ago. I stumbled across the little leather goods shop on the first day there, I left thinking I'll go back later. I couldn't find the place again.

Ray stuff is amazing if you want special.

Prob not as bad as TOJ but after almost a year, I have still not received Panama Bob's cuenca.

60 AUD down the drain... I guess I'm lucky I didn't order the 200 one...

If you're like me, you just keep them on their tie rack hangers and hang those in the Port-A-Robe you use for the move.

Then when you get to the other end you pick them all up from the bottom of the Port-A-Robe and hang them again.

hah yep exactly I was trying to avoid this time :) Thanks for the tips guys, sounds like rolled up might be the way.

Grey Nurses? Know what a blue swimmer, a redbacck and a nappy is so what is a grey nurse?
