I walk into a cobbler's store yesterday who happens to be an authorized AE dealer. I was just checking to see they a pair of McAllistars. They didn't, but the guy tells me he could order me a pair and he would give me 15% off. I know this is a good deal, but should I be at all concerned?
Tucking the small end of the tie into the label simply eliminates the problem of the little piece separating from the big piece. It does not solve the problem of the entire tie moving around. Because tie clips connect the shirt to the tie, the entire tie stays in place.
any advice on getting a long coat/overcoat without it looking like a dress? i'm tall and skinny. thanks.
got it. any recommendations? i'm looking for a sterling silver, non flashy, "matches with anything" tie bar.

About getting a good deal? Do you have some sort of Protestant guilt over it?
