H lorenzo have new Forme D'Expression SS19. Awesome coat and Blazer/Jacket. Shame no regular length pants.
The wine red shirt is beautiful. I'll probably hem the length though.

Damn that was my other guess, I have the J pants in linen and they always look like LUC as well.
SOME INCREDIBLE linen stuff coming for Spring, but I am not sure of release dates yet, as movig and working on the new space has taken up my life.
there will be DNA Jeans in 100% Linen canvas. very nice

Anyone here have experience with down leather jackets from the likes of Isaac Sellam, Incarnation etc.? Is it warm enough for anything colder than a southern Italian winter? Looking for a winter jacket (got enough long coats) and trying to figure out if I can get away with something in this aesthetic or if I should just get a big ugly parka.

Can't say anything on how warm it is especially against Canadian winter. A regular down jacket works for US northeast winters in my case. For me, leather with down might end up looking frumpy (like the Michelin mascot) if you don't have the right build for it.

I got my super-cold gear (am Canadian after all), this would be more for when it's 0 to -10C. Looking at this sort of jacket:

Toronto is hard, but I can wear a Scarstitch with a leather down filled vest over it, with a hat and gloves, and sometimes a scarf, for down to about -10C. Below that, you probably want something warmer if you are going to be walking around for any amount of time.

Amazing they got to use not only the name "Carpe Diem" (not that surprising) but also Altieri's own name. (Which they weren't using for the footwear, at least, before, IIRC?)

Perhaps a bit late, but I'd recommend Viridi-Anne for avant-garde cold weather gear. I'm in Canada as well, and recently picked up a Viridi-Anne FW14 wool/down jacket that's actually comfortably warm with just a longsleeve underneath in -20°C. I layered an old wings+horns tiger fleece hoodie underneath and was happy in -30, too. I also got a FW14 melton wool coat that's good for down to -15, which is kind of crazy for a fashion brand. I'm considering selling my super-cold gear at this point, no lie.

I haven't handled any of their newer stuff, but I'd imagine it'd be similar. If nothing else, it's not too hard to find TVA outerwear on Rak or Y!jp.

Hey gang,

Been a while, I know. Lots of life-changing stuff happening (no baby, but big, nonetheless). I'll be able to talk more about that in a few weeks and I look forward to jumping back in to this crazy SF world.

That said, I'm cleaning my closet and as much as it kills me to do, I have come to terms with the fact that this L-0 calf jacket from SS14 just won't ever be a good fit for me.

If anyone is interested please DM me. I've worn it probably a total of ten times, all very briefly. Size 52 and fits like a 48. Sleeves were taken up 6cm by Alessio's crew. Purchased from PN/P for over $2k.

Missed you all, fer realz.
