does anyone know if the new standard and straight 's unwashed denim is the same? on the website new standard says denim with red selvage, but straight doesn't say anything. are they same or different. it would seem a bit odd that they would use a different material when the wash is the same.

I believe the New Standard is very narrow. The straights have a little more leg room.

The denim is the same for both pairs of jeans (both 12oz. redline selvedge).

For the leg openings, there is a thread of measurements somewhere that will probably have that information for both pairs.
