Agreed, I think the nameplate is a nice idea to recognize its a different line, but doesnt add any value. The reason I liked the Williams is because I dont really like the Macneil, but as you all mentioned, the markup is lot. It gets even higher when you consider that some of the popular models can be had for $150-200 as factory seconds
I bought the Williams from Amazon for $310. The Hancock is the same price now.
I think they do look and feel really nice, but I haven't decided to keep them yet.
