I'm not even sure if AE makes these (they bear a nearly identical resemblance to the Shaker Height boot, except for the different pattern fabric panel), but I figured I'd ask for opinions about the Brooks Brothers Tartan Leather boot. Anyone else own these and have any input? They're 50% off right now at BB.

They are Shaker Heights and they are my fav version of them. The Tartan looks fantastic with it.

Do you guys use the AE branded polish on your shoes? I see the pictures here of everyones shoes and the shines are phenomenal. I've never been able to get that shine on any of mine, but I do use the AE branded polish.

You all use another type/brand or method?
When using polish always remember less is more. Too much will result to a cloudy finish.

Whoo!!! You're the @mdubs of the AE thread! And you both take great photos. I'd like to see @bl@ster list also, but it might break the Internet.

Happy New Year everyone!

Oh man, I wouldn't even know where to begin. It'd take all day to catalogue that. I tried to take an AE family piccie once and realized my fish-eye lense wasn't wide enough to capture the scene. At this point I'm at risk of being toppled by stacks of AE's and no one finding my lifeless body for days. However, now that the MTO program has been scaled back my AE procurement has slowed to a trickle. I do have 2 pair from the trunk show coming hopefully this month (Natty Shell!).

Those EC's are AMAZING, even though they're womens. Is there a similar men's model? Nothing comes to mind but maybe I'm just not familiar enough with all of the AE styles....

Those Rush Street's are great too, wish I would've hopped on a similar pair when there were models for $127 on SB.

Speaking of Shoebank, Neumok's in olive and red have been marked down to $127 in available sizes for those who haven't seen yet. Used a left over holiday giftcard and was able to score a pair of Olive's for $99 shipped.

If anyone is interested in the rush street nordstrom has them for 195.  Sizes are limited

So Nordstrom's website says my size is sold out. I went ahead to check with their CS and was told it is indeed sold out across the nation both online and in store.
A question for everybody: how accurate is their inventory? Should I call a store nearby and try my luck? I guess I can always check Nordstrom Rack later as well:)
For those interested, 6pm still has some on sale in other sizes for $203.

The Eagle County is a men's model. Looks like the user bought a GMTO in the smallest size available for his wife (6D US mens).

Thanks for the info all. The EC's I currently see on AE.com and on SB appear to have a different sole than the ones shown above. Is that where the MTO part comes in? or does MTO usually reference color choice?

Yes. See all options available here, although the program has changed since then (mostly in that the MTO fee is no longer waived, unless you organize a group of +12 pairs of the same specs, and base prices are higher).
