Looks fantastic.

How long does it take to make a custom last? I love Budapest so would be happy to visit multiple times!

Thanks for the information. I was thinking of visiting whilst I'm in Belgrade later this year but then I read this:

http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopi...train_from_belgrade_to_budapest-Belgrade.html

When are you planning your trip to Belgrade? Business or leassure? I ask because I am Belgrade native, although last two years live in Canada.

I think some things have changed regarding BG-BU train, but you can also rent a car, it is 3.5 hour drive, highway all the way. I used to do round trip in one day.

If Zagreb is option, I can recommend few bespoke/MTM shoe makers that I am using for over 15 years now. Workmanship comes from same tradition, style are better, but that is an opinion.

And if you need recommendations on what to do in Bgd, shoot me a PM.

Cheers. I'll be in Belgrade in June, for business/ education, I guess. I probably wouldn't want to drive 7 hours in a day, on the wrong side of the road to UK/HK. I had looked at Belgrade to Budapest flights but on first glance, there are only two flights a week!

Hmmm, it's not very economical flight, that is why. As soon as plane takes off, it needs to start landing :)

Although Belgrade is Super interesting for its food, nightlife, culture and beautiful girls :) it is complete dessert when it comes to menswear. Except for one leather goods manufacturer, called Manual Co. Highly recommended for bags, walets, belts and the like... All hand made, to very old Austro-Hungarian tradition.

And June is almost the perfect time of the year.

I was in Belgrade last October/ November and it was pretty chilly then. I had a bit of a wander but didn't really look at shops. I had some good meals with the burgersteaks, sausages and filled filo rolls/ cakes. There were also some good Italian places. Your recommendations would be much appreciated.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
