NWT jackets by Mario Muscariello.

Mario Muscariello jackets are tailored in the Neopolitan tradition, featuring a full-floating canvas lining and more than 30 hours of hand-stitching: including the buttons, button-holes, and hand-picked lapel. The brand combines soft tailoring, wonderful fabrics, creative details/linings, and tons of handwork. All jackets have spare buttons and hanger included.

All are 2 button front, dual vent, quarter lining, & patch pockets. The jackets are all quarter lined and weight is suitable for ~3 season wear. All were made to specs from Mario Muscariello's highest quality line - Montecarlo. Fit is slim, so you should size up one from typical US jacket size.
