SOLD Staple C&J brown suede chukka chisel. 10D , very good condition

I assume UK (I usually wear a UK9.5 in most C&J). But I know C&J marks us sizing in some of the models they make specifically for US retailers. It's either a fairly snug UK10, or a very generous US10!

IC: Canali Kei staple navy fall/winter unstructured SC, 42R SOLD

Checking interest on this item - if it's there I'll pull it out of storage for pics/measurements/etc. I think there were a couple of these bouncing around on here a year or so ago, so you might know the exact model. Bought this last fall, I think I wore it twice (actually twice, not "twice")...

HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part II

When nature has cursed you with Ginger hair you owe it to your fellow man to exhibit as little of it as possible in public. May god grant that the gift of premature grayness hasten itself unto you. When nature has cursed you with a moronic mind, you owe it to your fellow man to express as few...

The (hopefully) definitive thread on NYC tailors

One reason that comes to mind relates to the taper of the trouser. As you can see the trouser gets narrower and tapers to the bottom. When you make a cuff you are folding the fabric up to a point on the leg that is wider than the bottom. To make the cuff fit you have to taper the leg at the...

Spending 5 days in New York, including NYE - What to wear?

Yes, but you're paying a high premium for that convenience. Well, the discussion is around convenience, not value. Personally I'll happily pay $20 extra for my (staple) groceries, to have that hour of my life to do other things.

Spending 5 days in New York, including NYE - What to wear?

I don't get why some people convince themselves that it's one of the most convenient cities in the world. I enjoyed many aspects about living there, but there are a lot of things I don't miss at all.....like walking 10 blocks to the grocery store, then carrying 12 plastic bags full of food back...

    The Architecture Thread

Is there some sort of point to that metal webbing that partially blocks out light? Yep. To get people with bad taste to say, "cool" and buy the otherwise banal, zero-build-cost units. Secondary purpose is to stroke the arch's ego. Structurally? Nope. Light control? Sure, for 20 minutes a day.
