    could be just the angle of the photos but the right shoe looks like it is doing the exact same thing as my pair. I've decided it certainly isn't worth dealing with customer service and it is likely just a product of the last shape. Thank you for the pictures!

    Yeah I see what you're saying. I think it is all just based on what I am used to, last pair I received was cap toe oxford from C&J with no broguing which I would expect to sit straight across the shoe. Scrolling through photos on this forum it appears some shoes appear similar to mine.
