    I also do not have any heel slip with Grant Stone. There is definitely a bit of room side to side compared to some other lasts/brands, but I wouldn't say it affects how their boots fit for me. I can see how that aspect might potentially be less ideal for loafers.

    9.5D. Low volume, low instep, low arches, pronating feet. My preference may be for a more snug fit as well. I am sure some people are perfectly content with fairly loose loafers. I don't like loafers that feel like I can walk right out of them if I don't walk in a particularly careful manner.

    I always felt the Leo last heel felt notably wider than an Alden Barrie heel in the same size. I don't personally find this to be an issue for my bony narrow heels, but it is a difference.

    Hard to say as typically someone who wears 8.5 on the Parkhurst 602/602M last would wear 8UK on the Tricker's 4497 last. Depending on your width my best guess is 8.5D or 8.5E, but it is best to talk to Grant Stone cs.
