    I believe this is Tajima-san, the MD of L'IDEA group which operate the Strasburgo and Kiton shops in Tokyo. Shame he's not wearing a felt flower. the gazillion bracelets on his wrist made for it though.

    I think they do the shoulder seams at a backward diagonal which can sometimes give off that torqued effect. Their shoulder cut is quite unique. Kinda convex and a tiny bit of droop. I like it very much. Liverano shoulder is the anti Neapolitan shoulder. convex rather than concave. completely...
