Happy new year to you as well! For most customers that would be the case, wearing the same size. The instep is a bit lower on the campus then the Alexander so some will go down half a size to the campus from the Alexander.

We will do a run of castagno garrisons next fall, most likely in minerva box this time so it will have some small pebbling. The black calf shoe is going away for now unfortunately but we will have a new (similar) style coming out next year.

I would trim it, leaving a few mm hanging and then use a lighter to clean up the rest to help hold the thread in place. It's coming very soon!

It will likely be in the next few weeks. Most of the existing patterns will be available and potentially a couple of new ones.

Usually, when someone asks if a certain leather or style is coming, nine times out of ten it isn't, but this time yes! There will be an olive chromexcel Diesel, Edward, and Traveler coming out within a week or so.

This leather is known to have growth marks that appear more like lines. The mark you are referring to looks like a small scar/blemish, which shouldn't be on the vamp. I will send you a DM to address this.

I usually don't announce here in advance as our site has an email notification for the individual style and size. We always suggest customers to sign up there to be notified when that item goes live. Later that day we will send the main newsletter. The next pre-order should take place over the...

Technically CXL should have the edge due to the amount of wax but since they are very similar in weight and have the same lining and construction, I have never found the difference in real-world settings that noticeable. For example, I have seen boots with minerva worn basically in farm settings...

Apologies for the delayed response. That is one of my favorite shoes, but it was a poor seller. While a lot of people liked the look, the leather sole held it back.

It is something we would like to offer in the future for those with higher arches, but nothing is penciled in just yet.

Most likely. Especially if it is a pre-order. There is a loden restock coming next month, and planning on a tan suede for next spring/summer.

A loden longwing and blucher is in the works but there isn't a timeline just yet.

It is possible. We are putting together a couple of new (to us) horween leathers now for special make ups.

Both of these boots look like they are well broken in and a good fit. However, it looks like you are using up all of the last and then some at the ball, so I would stick with the 9.5E. Shell won't be as forgiving as the likes of suede, so giving yourself enough room from the first wear would be...

If you wanted to send a birds-eye photo of you wearing the 9E and 9.5E that would help. That being said, if you feel the 9.5E feels better in general, the shoe fits the same so 9.5E would be the one.

Unfortunately no change in the next shell run, still no timeline.

Still no timeline for maduro unfortunately. That's interesting and first time hearing that. In general, our heel bases on D width products are quite average. Of course, a EEE being an extra wide last, the heel is increased as well.
