    I don't like black shoes and certainly not black loafers. With this outfit I would go with dark brown or Burgundy loafers, or sneakers in white or dark blue.

    I bought a pair of brown tassel loafers. Nice shoes BUT someone forgot to colour the inner side of the tassels. So from the top the tassels are brown as they should, but the underside is a whiteish uncoloured raw leather. Nice shoes, bad finish, bad quality control.

    Rule or no rule, I would only wear an untucked shirt on the beach, preferably a linen one. As for the specific shirt, I would use it to shine my shoes (my apologies for being direct).

    My experience with Meermin is positive. Several months ago, I bought a pair of whole cut oxfords. Beautiful shoes and comfortable. Excellent value for money. I am about to order my second pair, probably the shoe string loafer.
