Patch isn’t paper/leather and I don’t think “since 1850” is a thing (should be Patented May 20 1873, right?). Anyone have any info, or just a bad fake? Anyway, other stuff. Made in Japan mp-2 LE- jrod721

Alright guys, I’m way out of my element with this one so I’m hoping someone can enlighten me. Is an A4 uniform/suit/whatever this is anything special? Can anyone put a date on it?
