You may be the victim, but how naive are you? I go through every item I buy on ebay with a fine comb. Saying that you don't have enough time is BS in my honest opinion. Examining the shoes take 10-15 mins tops? Dropping off shoes and picking them up from the cobbler probably took longer than...- meowmix1891

Why don't you call and ask for a small discount. Doesn't hurt to ask. I find returning/exchanging things to be such a hassle. I know that they will become like that after the first wear so it doesn't really matter, but it's the principle that they have been creased and scuffed up and sold to you...- meowmix1891
