Depends on how high your instep is. I bought a pair (the penny style) for my dad, and although the length and width were basically fine, the instep was crushing and he couldn't wear them for more than about 15-30 seconds without radiating pain. They were in an E width.- steadystate

For those who own the sneakers, you might be wondering why the tongue loop with the logo is off-center. A number of people seem to be confused about this and I've read several comments querying the design choice.
