i am in nike us11, and mainline i need 43.5 - 44 and drkshdw i need 44, i most of the other italian brand, i am 43. the length of the shoes is actually shorter than a normal size. when i wear 43. my toe r touching the front of the shoes. roomy toe box wasn't an issue, the length was.- sneakerbearz
