The SEH Kelly Field Coat is of medium length, has six press-studs for closure, and a rounded collar you can wear up or down. It has a shooting shoulder/action back (see the gusset in the back). The large bellow pockets in the front float because they're only attached at the top. There are also hand warmer pockets above these. A belt runs under the bellow pockets and is removable/ can be stowed in the pockets. There's a hidden poacher's pocket in the back.
The cloth is a high count canvas (100% cotton) with a weatherproof treatment. It is quite robust and has a soft brushed texture. The color is a deep dark green. It almost looks brown or sometimes dark grey in my photos but it is in fact a very dark green.
