In hot and humid countries people can often do put fragranced powder after taking a bath, especially during summers since its obvious that people would sweat much. And it sometimes stays on the cloth. Why is it such a big deal ? You don’t know about powder or you just don’t bathe ?? ( I fear it’s not the second )I see neck without talcum and I am not quite sure what do think. 🤔
