The prices are increasing and the customer service is decreasing...wonderfulNot accepting an exchange in store
🙏🏽🙏🏽@sterlingindigo I recently returned an RRL jacket to my local Ralph Lauren store without any issues for a full refund. They didn’t offer an exchange so I had to repurchase my correct size online.

Maybe they were referring to the bit about online orders paid for via Paypal, Amzn pay, etc must be mailed in.Called them. No offers were made. They also said the retail stores might not accept an exchange from online!
No this was just a credit card order from RRL online and I asked if I could exchange at an RRL store in person and they said probably not. When I called the store there was no answer and no answering machine. I ain’t got time for this lol. I later texted in pictures and asked for an inconvenience discount as an alternative to getting a repeat experience online or having to drive an hour one way to RRL. No one is going to put eyes on my exchange before it goes out. They offered a paltry 15% which I took to put it to bed but I’m not happy. I think they parse seconds online, it’s just better to go in person.Maybe they were referring to the bit about online orders paid for via Paypal, Amzn pay, etc must be mailed in.
Yeah, I would assume you could return at any Ralph location and was surprised to hear the rep say that. That’s why I called the RRL store to double check and ask them to hold my size before driving an hour to get there. Nobody answered the phone and there was no voice mail set up. Got bored and texted customer service to ask for a discount and went that route.@sterlingindigo I recently returned an RRL jacket to my local Ralph Lauren store without any issues for a full refund.
