If you like a dartk look, I'd say The Godfather Part II had some great suits. Pacino wore several really nice suits in that movie, all hand-tailored, and many were 3-pieces, which I love.

I'd also second The Thomas Crown Affair. Hell, almost any movie with Brosnan in it involves him wearing some really nice clothes. He's one guy that never disappoints.

Agreed. I also like the scene where Rush is measuring Brosnan for the first time. He's so crisp and economical with his movements, like he's done it a thousand times.

And the exchange when he measures his waist:

Brosnan - What's the damage?

Rush - A very respectable 34 plus.

Brosnan - Plus what?

Rush - [beat] Plus lunch.

That man's cosmetic jaw is disturbing. I know it's petty but it so hard for me to take him seriously as a criminal with plastic chipmunk cheeks, which is too bad as he's been in some really inventive/insane crime films.
