Listened to him on the Hard Fork podcast and he is impressive. This is on my list as well.

His books are all very well written. This one hits pretty close to home, as our older kids are beginning to show signs of addiction to screens.

He's making the rounds on the pods.-was on Conversations with Tyler (Cowen) this week. Another book in a similar vein is Abigail Shrier's new one, Bad Therapy.
