The measurements are as follows:
Shoulder to Shoulder: 17 3/8
Shoulder to Cuff: 26 1/4
Collar to Hem: 47 1/4
Pit to Pit: 21 1/4
Although the size is 40R it would also fit a 38R (especially through the shoulders), I just can't be asked to get it altered . It will fit a 40 & 38 chest size
