Brooks brothers Nappa Full Leather slippers almost exclusively. dress shoes/velvet slippers at times

If I'm in wearing jeans, I wear a pair of Maine moccasins, made by Town View Leather.
If I'm in pajamas, I wear a pair of navy Derek Rose slippers
If I'm in wool trousers or chinos, I have two different pairs of house slippers by La Portegna - one with a studded rubber bottom, one just leather. I just put on which ever one I think looks best at the moment.
And for morning or evening showers, I have a pair of Brooks Brothers bath slippers.

I have some Grecian type slippers lined with baby alpaca
There was a Sex and the City episode where Carrie? had to take off her shoes at a party. They were subsequently stolen.
If it's my house, or close friends, it's either socks or a super cheap pair of slippers. With a cat who has an obsession with scratching my footwear if left on the floor, anything >$15 doesn't make sense. Typical gathering of the masses, I will take them off if requested, but secretly fear for them.

I've had a pair for over 30 years. Comfortable, easy on and off, lightweight and, if I need to take a quick trip to the store, take the trash out, or get the mail I don't have to worry about wrecking the soles. Even though I'm on my 3rd set of soles on mine , the uppers are still very solid.

Barefoot in the warm months, LL Bean slippers in the cold ones.
Depending on temperatures, Belgian Mr. Casuals, kilim carpet slippers, UGG sheepskin lined, Olukai flip flops, espadrilles. I live in a 110 year old house and going barefoot is dangerous. Recently my podiatrist told me to start wearing ... Crocs. I get it. Comfortable, but unbearable from an aesthetic standpoint.
