It seems to be like a hairy, heavy version of what Harris Tweed used to be. Love child of Shetland and the estate cheviots.

I always struggle with trouser color with these gunclub checks. This is a beauty

I prefer a color that has high contrast with a relatively busy pattern like this. So dark charcoal or dark brown.

Alright guys, so I’m looking for a specific fabric idea. My idea is an ocean blue pow or windowpane. Probably pow with a yellow overcheck. Preferably wool - linen or a wool silk linen. Any suggestions? Thinking a sports jacket for vacations to wear with white linen trousers.

Anyone know which worsted flannel to look at these days that’s on the heavier side (400g plus)? I’ve converged on worsted flannel as a more “workhorsish” winter alternative to woolen flannel for routine business wear.

H&S and VBC have some around 280g that I just cannot trust. Harrisons come closest at 340g (any takes on this?). I can’t find anything on Fox’s website. Any ideas?
