While pondering/deciding on a Nomos or Stowa or Sinn, I ordered this with a non EEC discount and a further 15% email coupon Nice. The quality of CWs are amazing, especially for the price. I'll post up when it arrives.

I was looking at the CW C5 Aviator, but at that price point, I decided to go for a Seiko Blue Spark instead. But I'll probably end up buying a CW in the future anyway.

Well, I was just looking for an everyday kind of watch. Some people may think the Blue Spark is a little dressier, but be that as it may, I don't think it's too dressy not to wear it as a regular kind of watch. Good thing is that they're both relatively cheap

That is a beautiful watch, audio. Congrats on the purchase. I think I might get one of these too.

I'm thinking about getting this Seamaster (2551.80):

2551.80.00.jpg

Is there anything else I should consider in this price range ($1000)?

I have this exact watch (Seamaster Professional Chronometer), and it is my favorite watch. Goes with everything. Travels everywhere.

I personally really like the Sinn 556 on the bracelet.

Also, the Sinn 656 is great as well. But on the bracelet, it's very much over $1000, at least from watchbuys (the AD in the US for Sinn).

One of my favourites. I own the quartz variety of this watch.

Mens 1870 J. ASSMANN LANGE Antique GOLD Watch GLASHUTTE just sold on ebay for more than I can afford

It's too bad too, I was watching this watch (no pun intended) over the last couple days, and honestly thought I could steal it for a cool thousand dollars. But to my dismay, it shot up from $600 to $2k in the final day
