Oh man, thrifting here is getting more pricey that it's not worth going on a regular basis.

It might be my last one for a while

If your ever in the Dfw area let me know, happy to meet for coffee and hit a thrift or two.
Would love to. We go through Dallas about once a year usually.

Two specific West Hollywood stores were probably the best thrift stores I’ve ever been to but that was many years ago. I just looked at the google reviews for one of them and everyone echoed what you said. I wish I could remember the @ of the guy who messaged me a list stores to try.

Yeah, it was a shame to see how bad LA got in general, especially the thrifts. last time I went made me never miss LA again.

I hear that! Goals for this year are to keep branching out to different sourcing. I'm pretty happy with this score. Close to 200 Scarves, Stoles, and Dupattas listed as "lot of scarves" PPU about .75. Other clothing was also included. Now I have a lot to learn about Indian brands and fabrics. Mostly natural fibers, Silk, Linen, Cotton, Cashmere. New to me brands such as Anokhi, Ritu Kumar, Jim Thompson, Satya Paul, and others.

I have been keeping my eyes open to see this lately. It definitely is happening here also. It is frustrating and I pity the workers dealing with it.

I saw a new bin of shoes roll out a while ago. Within 12 seconds there were 4 guys just rip this apart like prey while the poor worker was trying to get to the shoe rack.

Carnage.

It's been going on since forever and it's pathetic. If anyone on this thread does this, please stop or @impuntura is going to kick your fvcking cart over.
