Wow! I just picked one up that has a very similar pattern and has the Harris Tweed label and (T-rex arms). Weird.

I still lurk, started thrifting in La. been in texas the past few years though. Have t posted much since we left La. past few times I’ve been to LA, thrifts have been terrible, over priced and under stocked. Still thrift once a month or so here, but basically for personal. Every year or so I send a box or two to spoo, to make room in the closet. during covid, goodwills starting capping donations at like noon, inventory was horrible. A few spots still had things once in awhile. But that’s based on a few week trips here and there.

Two specific West Hollywood stores were probably the best thrift stores I’ve ever been to but that was many years ago. I just looked at the google reviews for one of them and everyone echoed what you said. I wish I could remember the @ of the guy who messaged me a list stores to try.
