Just picked up this limited edition olive selvedge. Is it normal for the cinch belt hardware to show up with rust? What's a good suspender to go with it as I think it's odd to use a regular belt with the cinch. Thanks.

Too bad the leather suspenders are sold out. So I have to settle for these for now.

I have the exact same sweater. I bought mine directly from Ralph Lauren's website.

I don't know how to recognize fakes, but the sizing label on my sweater is slightly different.
It says:

"Made In
China
Fabriqué
En Chine
M"

In that order. Difference highlighted.

Your sweater says

"Aux China"

mine says

"En Chine"

Assuming it should both be French, it should be "En Chine" ("In China") according to Google Translate. Not sure if "Aux China" is also a correct spelling.

Did you buy that in the US website?

EU website. I updated my original post with some extra information.
Tag from the other rrl product I bought directly from the official website says FABRIQUE AUX PHILIPPINES, which means what the tag says seems correct. The quality of the sweater seems to be nice too. What I was wondering is how the neck part is done. Ribbing of left shoulder's side doesn't seem like how usually RRL would do. Does your sweater also have this? where the ribbing is done like that on the back left side?

I think that's the same sweater I got. It got thrown in the wash woolite/cold/delicate cycle but it still shrank to a size appropriate for a small child. I blame my wife.

Isn’t en/aux based on the gender of country name and probably some other French grammar rules?

Is he famous for selling fake? I wish I knew that earlier. Is there a way to report this to eBay?
yup, this guy has been selling fake RRL items on eBay for years and he has several accounts, everybody knows him here and people had reported him for years, he just changes to different account. Well this guy sucks, just avoid him, 99.99% of his stuffs are fake

Just googled and "aux" is used when the country is plural, i.e. "aux Pays-Bas" (Netherlands) or "aux Etats-Unis" (United States).

For China it should be "en". Checks out with the other user's comments about that particular eBay seller.
