It is a quality too big to be calf leather. Premium is much better than Ultra refined any day.

You just got to check, they most likely will have a discount but I have found that flash sales are much better.

I was excited for a minute only to be let down.

Even more disappointing when you consider these are made on the 65 last.

Wet glue. That is it. They use a glue that they can coat it and stick it. You don’t get 10K pair a week by letting them sit in the last for days or waiting for glue to dry and activate.

That's something I often forget about AE -- they make a lot more shoes than Alden, GS, and many other companies.

Bought these pants specifically with my marbled chili chukkas in mind. Unfortunately haven't decided if I should have the boots stretched or just offload them.

@middlepP They are just some charcoal (small plaid) dress pants from Banana Rep. that I picked up about 4 or 5 years ago. They are still going strong. BR pants tend to last a long time. Their shirts? You'll be lucky to get 3 years out of them. They always start fraying after about 1-2 years. I dry them outside to reduce stress from the dryer, but it still happens. I think you can still buy pants that are similar to mine, but not exactly the same pattern.

I bought a bunch of new socks recently. It had been years since I upgraded my socks. Wearing one new pair today, and I'll continue this week.
