New Delhi is still locked down so my guess is nothing will be budging for a while. Looks like I'm just going to have to keep on waiting for those Cooper collar MTMs that I didn't really need, to wear to all those warm resort-type places this summer that I am probably not going to end up going to anyway. So it kinda works out.

We should hear something Monday.

@spiermackay (or anyone) any IRL pics of the Taupe Check ? I have a feeling this is another sleeper pick of this year that I probably should buy...

Not yet. But it's a great jacket. The colours are neutral enough that it can be worn many different ways. Blues, greens, browns, grays all will work with it easily. It's a worsted too, so a bit more polish to it.

Thanks for the pics. I have that same sportcoat so appreciate the pairing.
I think that indigo shirt, as well as the denim sawtooth shirt Rick is bringing in the fall, will be great with that suede trucker that hopefully is coming in Fall as well.

Meanwhile, its 90F here today, so its chino shorts and polo.

I was shocked but pleasantly surprised when I got a shipping notice for my MTO shirts - maybe these were part of last batch completed before the factory went on lockdown?

I decided to mess around with some of the details this batch. Went with a double button cuff and tried adding some inner trim, also tried using different thread colors for some of the bolder shirts. I'm very happy with the Mauve Royal Twill trim on the inside of the Purple Quad Stripe shirt. For the Bengal Striped shirts I chose the opposite color as the trim. I think the blue trim on the navy and red works well, but the red trim on navy and blue stands out just a little too much. Overall very happy with the details and will definitely be playing around more with this in future orders. I know some of these details might anger the purists, however there are times where I like to keep things classic and simple and there are times where I want my clothes to stand out :slayer:

The Purple Quad Stripe looks and feels a bit bigger than the other two (particularly the arms seem very poofy and the armpit has a lot of excess fabric), I'll have to measure them against each other to see what might have happened.

Well the surgeons cuffs Nordstrom did on my jackets look good but they left the sleeves too long... lesson learned. Good thing I have a lot of Spier suits at my disposal. My loss could be your gain. For sale over in the BTS forum.
Actually thinking I can make these work... I’ll snag some pics soon and get your thoughts

Looks like they turned out great!
I like the two button mitered cuff you chose.
