Lapel definitely too narrow for my liking.
Maybe, but…

I'm looking for pleated high rise trousers with belt loops. Ideally double pleated. Does anyone know a store in Europe that sells those, apart from mtm companies? I'm having a hard time finding any.

Kit Blake? Or all their stuff is with side tab (but then add belt loop can’t be that hard/pricy)

Unfortunately, high-waisted, pleated trousers are hard to find. I struggled as well and ended up with an MTM order from Luxire, which I'm happy to say came out beautifully.

I thought high waisted pleater trouser has been a menswear thing for like last 5 years, is there a specific detail make them so hard to find? I don't follow but on top of my head kit blake, berg berg, Cavour, Epaulet MTO, at least one of the guys carry Rota has a pleat model, lots of recent random Ralph Lauren (might not be particular high waisted?), Armoury, Edward Sexton RTW, I'm sure I'm still missing some too

Rtw high waisted, pleated trousers are difficult to find WITH belt loops for sure. Why? I do not know.

When I look at pictures from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s it seems like belt loops were a common feature on what I assume were rtw high waisted(but at the time normal rise) trousers.

Isn’t take out side adjuster add belt loop not too hard alteration (I have always gone the other way but I assume that’s equally easy/hard)

I’ve had belt loops added to trousers before using extra fabric from the pant leg hem.

Go to ebay or vestiare collective search for vintage corneliani, canali, belvest, zegna etc
Most of them will have high waist and pleats maybe hem will be slightly bigger than the nowadays standard ( usually 21 - 23 cm for 48 size ).
Also if you in Europe you may go to some thrift shop most of the stock there 90-00s so lots of high waisted pants.
IMO rtw high waisted flat front pants is much rare nowadays.

I should have been more specific. They are hard to find for me because:
  1. I am tall and skinny - 6ft/183cm, 145lbs/66kgs
  2. I have a short torso and long legs. If the waist is right, everything else is off, especially the inseam.
I did a pretty extensive survey of high-waisted, wide-legged trousers measurements and noted the proportions of waist, thighs, knees and hem widths and came up with my own measurements and had Luxire make me a pair.
