How does the fit on these leather suspenders look?

I recently got two pairs of leather suspenders that I ordered from a small company that makes leather goods, and was wondering about how they fit. I was trying to compare both to the images on their site as well as other photos of men in suspenders, but wasn't sure mine fit quite right or not. I mainly wanted to go for a stylish and fashionable gentleman's style look with these, and avoid anything resembling "Urkel" or anything funny looking or ill fitting. Here are some images, I can get more if needed. Can anyone weigh in on how the fit looks, and if any changes should be made if any(ie. if they need more length or whatever)? Thank you.

If you wanted to go for a classic look you are quite some ways off. The particular models you have do not look classic at all. If classic is what you want, you need to start with the core pieces and not the accessories.

Wearing clip-on suspenders on trousers with belt loops does not look good. At the very least you need buttons on the inside of the trousers.

Additionally, tight fitting trousers with with suspenders tend to look odd. It's definitely an Urkel look.

Overall, I don't understand what style you have going on, but the suspenders look odd, should be attached via inside buttons, and the trousers are too tight fitting.

Traditional suspenders are made of boxcloth, jacquard and other weaves, and attached via dedicated buttons inside the waist. (Only the “ears,” with the buttonholes, are leather.)

Clip-on leather suspenders are not compatible with classic menswear. I can think of only two occupations where they might be acceptable: male stripper and Alpine goatherd.

Moreover you are wearing them with denim trousers, which are typically low-waisted and held up with a belt. Jeans don’t call for suspenders, leather or otherwise. That’s not to say don’t wear them—just understand there is nothing “classic” about that look.

If, on the other hand, you wish to wear suspenders with traditional tailored woolen trousers, first make sure they have suspender buttons; if not, a tailor can add them (or you can do it yourself if handy with a needle and thread). Then get a pair of classic suspenders from a company like Thurston. They should cost around $150.
