Help me understand this Kiton tag

Just bought a Kiton off Yoox, don't understand how to read this tag and googling didn't help. I want to look online and learn more about what I bought, things like the year it was from or if it's from a specific line of suits or something. It also says Mod Evo on the inside of the suit, what does that mean?
