We have been testing it and are testing it, as it is a popular demand and some models are possible so - the answer is, it is intentional. We will honour all orders for Chelsea and Cordovan combo enthusiasts during the 3D Custom Weekend.

It has been nearly a year, may we have an update from @Carmina?

I found that cordovan options have again been removed from some boot models…

Does anyone have shell cordovan "bourbon" & "natural"?

I want to see the color difference and would appreciate you posting side by side pictures please

Thank you, perfect explanation.

I take the same size for Simpson, forest, oscar and sineu, while rain is much to big. I wonder about soller. Hows the instep compared to oscar in your opinion?

From my view, the insteps seem similar relative to the overall last. Soller is a spacious last and I’m guessing my instep is higher than yours as rain fits me well and I couldn’t even get my foot into a Simpson oxford at 7.5uk.

Can anyone give me there opinion on sizing on the Soller last?

Before you say to check the last comparison page on carmina.com, that isnt always clear. It says many last are longer/wider than others but they dont always feel that way.

In my experience, Soller runs true to size since the heel to ball is normal despite the toe being a little bit elongated. It has a higher volume instep. I size the same as for forest and oscar. To me, Soller is less voluminous and slightly shorter heel to ball than detroit. The heel is also narrower than Detroit. Soller is probably my favorite Carmina last.

What do you think about that medallion on a Rain/Forest lasted boot? I really like it, but it looks like a titanic sized medallion that may not fit on a less blunt toe.
I’m by no means an expert but in my opinion I think it comes down to the style of boot/shoe. I think this medallion works great on a wingtip maybe not so much a Chelsea.
Here is a comparison with the Oscar, Forest, Llubi, and Simpson. I don’t own anything on a Rain last yet.

Thank you for the comparison. I am looking at getting the monk boot on Forest, and I think that particular medallion is by far Carmina's best medallion. It does appear that it may look wonky though.

I think it would look good on the Forest if they can size it down but I don't know if they can do that. Any help @Carmina

First wear of olive shell u-tip derbies on llubi. Triple sole tomir. These were a remake I’ve previously talked about. Very olive. They were darker out of the box but after applying the first coat of bick 4 and VSC a bit of excess dye wiped off. Now they look amazing. Before pics off feet- after pics on feet. (But with better lighting)

Beautiful. Congrats.

Is that Carmina's standard green cordovan or the olive green cordovan? Those seem to be the choices in the customization tool.
