are RMC's worth the price??

my friend went to hongkong and i asked him to look for a pair of red monkey jeans which are rare here in the US..he found their store in kowloon(i think)and told me they cost some 500-800$....is it really worth my money or 'm better off with another brand??

if you think back pocket embrodiery is worth the premium then yes. if not then no.

in HK they're not that expensive unless they're a limited edition. they start at $220ish.

denim's supposed to be good
13.75oz and source of denim is excellent (all their words)
fit-wise, most RMCs i have seen are baggy so.. lol

They are not that rare, just really ghetto fabolus for lack of better words. Check the CmonWealth.com, they had a few pairs last I checked (under $400 IIRC). They do have some very limited run jeans like the "tsunami wave" needled jeans that do go for ~$800 but if you look around this board I'm sure you will be dissuaded for a much better jean.
