To my eye that’s too small - in particular the buttoning point on the jacket is too high even though the sleeve length looks OK. It’s an issue with many Italian brands / Italian inspired RTW tailoring, the sleeves are long compared to the body which makes it better to get the right body length...- SimonC

Personally I struggle to see how anything other than C is a legitimate option. The tailor’s response (which might include them offering D) will inform how you react. I’m also not hearing anything which is egregious enough to warrant A. Your scenario suggests it’s just lapel width?- SimonC

I get braces buttons and side adjusters on all my trousers. I’ve found myself wearing braces with suits less in recent years, but mostly because with the casualisation of the workplace a suit is unusual, a tie exceptional, and I suspect braces are a bridge too far…- SimonC

Aside from the cropped trousers, inseams seem to hover around the 30-31 inch range, although with a higher rise so you can get more out of them.
