Wow that Moon jacket looks way better in the Instagram picture than their product photos. Would love to see real life pics of it

Curious to hear more about this. I'm also in Canada and never had to return any items from Drake's yet. It's crazy that you are not getting a refund for taxes you paid up front.

Proper Cloth - Official Affiliate Thread

Just wanted to share my recent experience with ProperCloth. I'm coming from wearing 16-34 extra slim RTW shirts from Spier and Mackay. I was always unhappy with how my shirts didn't sit cleanly in the shoulders and had issues with fabric bunching up in the back of the neck but just lived with...

What's really sad about all of this is that even with the prices they charge they need to borrow money from Mark Cho to stay afloat. Goes to show how niche luxury menswear is when one of the most hyped up brands struggle to stay in business.

Agreed, tweed looks so wrong in Neo cuts. I've fallen out of love with Neo cuts in general over the years. Wearing a sport coat is such a big style statement already and I find the larger lapels with negative belly is too bold for the dressed down looks I'm going for.

Did some digging in this thread and turns out there was an archive sale in Feb 2023 but only for UK and US customers which is why I didn't get an email...

Archive sales based on my email history: 2020/9/30 2020/11/11 2020/12/16 2021/2/24 2021/5/19 2021/7/28 2022/1/12 (Early Access) 2022/6/30 2023/8/04 In 2020 and 2021 they used to have more frequent archive sales but they were usually only over 2-3 days. In 2022 they happened less frequently...

I took a break from reading SF for a bit and when I came back I was surprised to see how positive and active this thread has become. It used to be endless posts of "Who makes this item for Drake's?", "Where can I get this style for cheaper?", "Look at the price of this item, Michael Hill and...

The RL store in Yorkdale is actually so nice. It’s pretty cool to see RRL and purple label pieces in person even if’s way out of my price range. Even the polo pieces they carry are mostly really tasteful and you can see how it fits in with the brand‘s aesthetic. The gulf between the good and...

I don’t know anything about leather making but I got the same vibes from him. I went to his online store and he claims all his products are handcrafted in his family workshop in Turkey. Would love to see someone more knowledgeable review the quality of craftsmanship of his products and see if...

The unofficial Drake's London Appreciation Thread

As someone who is a huge fan of the brand it’s really sad to see them continuing their ascent to luxury brand prices. It looks like their calculation was that if they slightly lowered or maintained their prices most people weren’t going to start buying items at full price anyway. Which I think...

The unofficial Drake's London Appreciation Thread

Based on the lifestyle image Drake's tries to cultivate, I like to imagine that their biggest fans are too busy dining with their writer, sculptor, photographer and antique furniture dealer friends at hip restaurants and daydreaming about architecture of Irish country houses to have any time...

Insanely jealous of people who live in NYC and London who get to wrap Drake's trousers around their necks at sample sales.

The number of items also went up from 150ish to 195.
